SHIPPING

Delivery is only available to the UK and all orders will be sent using Royal Mail. Orders received before 3pm will be dispatched same day Monday - Friday, orders placed after 3pm Monday to Thursday will be dispatched next working day. Orders placed after 3pm on Friday will be dispatched Monday morning (except when this is a bank holiday).

FREE delivery is available on ALL orders in the UK. These will be shipped using Royal Mail 2nd class post and should take 2-5 working days to arrive. However, Royal Mail state that in some instances this can take up to 10 working days.

If you would like to receive your delivery sooner please select one of the options at checkout. By doing this you will be accepting the extra charge for this service.

The 1st Class Recorded delivery option has a standard fee of £1.50 per order and should take 1-3 working days to arrive. However, Royal Mail state that in some instances this can take up to 10 working days.

The 1st Class Special Delivery Next Day delivery option has a standard fee of £6 and will be guaranteed by 1pm next working day. Orders placed by 3pm on Friday may arrive on Saturday but can only be guaranteed for a Monday delivery.

Please note that most of our products will not fit through the standard letter box so please try to use a delivery address where someone will be available to receive the order. If you chose one of our express delivery options your order will need to be signed for.

If no one is present on delivery a calling card will be left. If the items are then collected from the local sorting office within 3 weeks your order will be returned to us and a redelivery fee will be incurred.

RETURNS

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive that can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm

Should you have any reason to want to return an item please log onto your account and select the ‘return this item’ option alongside the product you wish to return. Once you have completed the returns form and submitted your request please allow 48 working hours for a response.

Due to the confidence we have in the Dermalogica products we offer a full exchange or refund policy if you find the product is faulty or causes a reaction with your skin on application.
